My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were sparkling clean and offered amazing views of the ocean and pool, but unfortunately, there were bed bugs and sand on the floor. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made me feel like family, but my parents fell ill during the stay. The location was great, with good sun beds for guests only, although there were ongoing renovations and limited access to the second pool. The dining experience was disappointing, as the food quality was poor and basic.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were charming, nice, and even better than expected. The service was incredibly sweet and accommodating, especially from Nelson. The location was awesome, though the boat ride back was not included as promised. The dining had different food options, but the buffet finished early. Overall, a worthwhile experience with some small drawbacks.
